TEXTILE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT An integrated teaching program covering both theoretical & practical aspects of textile engg. is made effective by ways of lecturers demonstration, illustration with audio visual aids, practical projects ,seminars ,tours & implant training . Also the inputs by leading professionals in the field of textile production & mgmt. enables the students to keep abreast of current industry trends. Textile Facilities:
A spinning mill of about 5000 spindle & 336 rotors.
The college has well equipped weaving workshops with plane looms automatic looms, latest dobby and jacquard, automatic & non-automatic yarn winding machines and wrapping machines.
Chemical Processing: The Department has a microprocessor controlled chemical processing laboratory. It includes HTHP dyeing machine Rota Dyer ,Jigger Winch, Stenter and padding mangle.
